About 12 years after the crash of a plane belonging to Dana Airlines on June 4, 2012, killing all passengers on board including the crew members, another incident with the same airline took place at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA) in Lagos, on Tuesday morning.
This came as a breaking news on The Morning Show, a breakfast programme on Arise News Television, when the hosts had to pause the programme to inform viewers of the development, though with slim details of the incident.
But other reports on the same incident, which were also sketch, claimed that the plane only veered off the Lagos airport runway, leading to the diversion of other flights to the international airport, only this time, confirming that there were no casualties.
