Anambra Poll: Osude Inaugurates Anambra South Campaign Council Coordinators

By Polycarp Ifeanyi

As political parties in Anambra State gear up for the November 8 gubernatorial election, Chief Jude Osude, Deputy Director General of Sir Paul Chukwuma’s Campaign Council for Anambra South Senatorial Zone, has inaugurated local government coordinators to lead grassroots mobilization efforts.

The event, held in Igbo-Ukwu, Aguata Local Government Area, was attended by APC chairpersons from the seven LGAs in Anambra South, the Sir Paul Youth Coalition, Ikemba Front Coordinators, women groups, and other support organizations backing Sir Paul Chukwuma’s governorship bid.

In his address, Chief Osude emphasized the critical role of grassroots engagement in securing electoral success. He tasked the newly appointed coordinators with spreading the message of a revitalized APC under Sir Paul Chukwuma’s leadership across their local communities.

“Return to the grassroots with dedication and focus. That’s where our victory lies,” Osude stated.

He also highlighted the importance of support groups while stressing the supremacy of the APC as the platform through which political aspirations can be achieved. Osude encouraged members of support groups who have not formally joined the APC to do so immediately.

“Our support groups are vital, and that’s why they are here. But it’s the APC that leads this process, and we must all work together for the party’s success,” he added.

Sir Paul Chukwuma is considered a leading contender in the upcoming APC primaries as he aims to secure the party’s ticket for the November 8 governorship election in Anambra State.
