There is heavy security presence at the Enugu State High Court as the election petition tribunal is set to deliver judgments on some national assembly elections in the state.
It was reported that the security team comprising of operatives of State Security Service and men of the Nigeria Police are very professional in their security check into the court premises.
The tribunal which is currently in session is expected to deliver judgment on the petition filed by Oguerinwa Amadi, the candidate of the Labour Party for Enugu West Senatorial zone against the election of Osita Ngwu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, who was returned as the winner of the February 25 National Assembly election.
Also the tribunal will deliver judgment on the petition of Dr. Festus Uzor of the Peoples Democratic Party against the declaration of Sunday Umeha of the Labour Party as the member representing Udi/Ezeagu federal constituency.
