An unknown number of people were declared missing on Thursday during a boat accident in Okpoama community in Bayelsa State.
The boat which was involved in the accident was said to be conveying traders and goods from Yenagoa, the state capital to the community.
Though the details of the accident are still sketchy, reports indicate that a rescue mission is underway to locate the missing passengers.
